Save 15% on the SY Indo Siren

6th September 2016   |   Sandro Lonardi

If you’ve always dreamed of sailing on a traditional, wooden sailboat, this special deal is for you.

Currently, Diviac is offering several specials on the Siren Fleet, but one of the most exciting is this early bird discount for the SY Indo Siren. Book the SY Indo Siren before the end of September 2016 and receive 15% off the July 19th, 2017 departure!

The discounted itinerary will take you to the land of Komodo on a 10-night journey. You’ll depart from Labuan Bajo and cruise around the islands, stopping for manta rays, drift dives and beautiful corals! You’ll also have the chance to go ashore for a hike or two with endangered Komodo dragons. Heading back to Labuan Bajo, enjoy the view of deserted islands and extinct volcanoes.

Special deals on Komodo itineraries are always popular. We suggest you book this deal quickly before the July 19th departure sells out.

SY Indo Siren

The SY Indo Siren, along with its sister ships in the Siren Fleet, are some of the most recognizable group of ships sailing Asian waters.

All of the Worldwide Dive and Sail liveaboards, including the SY Indo Siren, operate with the aim of providing comfortable year-round diving for up to 16 divers. Typical to the Siren Fleet are custom-made liveaboards designed following local gaft rigged Phinisi styling, handcrafted from ironwood and teak. The dark wood feels deeply luxurious. These vessels with their sleek exteriors and bright blue sails certainly turn heads.

During non-diving hours, the SY Indo Siren delivers with plenty of space for leisure activities. The spacious sun deck offers magnificent views. Sit back and relax with a cold refreshment as you watch sapphire blue waters float by.

On every itinerary that the SY Indo Siren sails, you can expect spacious en suite cabins with A/C, up to 4 dives per day, free equipment rental, optional Nitrox and all meals, snacks, refreshments and beer.

Indonesia

Indonesia consists of 13,466 islands between Southeast Asia and Australia. With 25% of the world’s species of fish, and 15% of its coral, this beautiful country is a must for any passionate diver.

Indonesia has some of the most beautiful dive spots in the world, and it would be impossible to visit all of these locations during one trip – so you will certainly need to come back.

Diving in Indonesia gives you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful coral reefs at sites in Amed and Bali, along with deep trench dives on the islands of Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida.

For the more adventurous, Ambon and Laha provide excellent “muck diving” through parts of the ocean filled with trash. Although not for the faint of heart, these muck diving locations provide safe havens for seahorses, dragonets, pipefish, and other creatures protected from larger predators by the abundance of garbage. These dives are a great opportunity for dedicated photographers.

Being just below the Equator, the water temperatures in Indonesia remain low to mid 80s Fahrenheit (high 20s Celsius), with a visibility of 50-100 feet (15-30 meters).
