SY Philippine Siren
The SY Philippine Siren, along with its sister ships in the Siren Fleet, are some of the most recognizable group of ships sailing Asian waters.
All of the Worldwide Dive and Sail liveaboards, including the SY Philippine Siren, operate with the aim of providing comfortable year-round diving for up to 16 divers. Typical to the Siren Fleet are custom-made liveaboards designed following local gaft rigged Phinisi styling, handcrafted from ironwood and teak. The dark wood feels deeply luxurious. These vessels with their sleek exteriors and bright blue sails certainly turn heads.
During non-diving hours, the SY Philippine Siren delivers with plenty of space for leisure activities. The spacious sun deck offers magnificent views. Sit back and relax with a cold refreshment as you watch the Pacific float by.
On every itinerary that the SY Philippine Siren sails, you can expect spacious en suite cabins with A/C, up to 4 dives per day, free equipment rental, optional Nitrox and all meals, snacks, refreshments and beer.
With 7107 islands, the Philippines offers opportunities for every level. Advanced divers can enjoy deep wrecks, while beginners will appreciate the easy beach entries. 1200 macro and pelagic species await.
The Philippines has thousands of dive sites. These are spread out mostly around the Luzon and Visayas regions. Whatever your dive experience, you are sure to be spoilt for choice.
Divers interested in pelagics should make a point of heading to the central Visayas. In Malapascua, visitors can see skittish thresher sharks. While Oslob has a resident population of whale sharks. The biodiversity doesn’t end there. Moalboal, Balicasag and Apo Island are world-class dive sites rich in marine life such as schools of jacks, sardine balls, rays and the occasional shark.
